Jill Johnson holds the position of Human Resources Director for the City.   She has been with the City of Mt. Juliet for over 7 years.  Prior to holding this position, she held an internship position with the City while in high school.  After leaving the internship, she went into the medical field/surgery center business, beginning in the business offices and working her way into management and ultimately the field of Human Resources.  She worked for several years setting up surgery center business offices & staffing in and around the Nashville area, gaining much of her experience & knowledge. She started back with the City of Mt. Juliet in February 2001 after the retirement of the previous assistant to the City Manager. 

 

She is a life-long resident of Mt. Juliet and takes great pride in this City, and feels honored being able to be a public servant in such an outstanding, thriving community. She and Mt. Juliet have grown up together. She is proud of the growth Mt. Juliet has been so very blessed to have received.
