Full cost recovery (revenue neutral) fees
determined by the Mt. Juliet Board of Commissioners to be charged each
applicant presenting a subdivision of land, a change in zoning classification
or a site development plan for approval are listed below. The fees shall be paid at the time an
application is made and as a condition for the processing of any application,
and are separate from any fees charged for sewer development, sewer use or
sewer rate fees.
